    Where we work

    Helsinki capital region and the rest of Uusimaa

    We work in the capital region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen), where travel is included in the price.

    Elsewhere in Uusimaa a travel cost of €0.75 per km is added, there and back from Helsinki, for each working day. We do not take jobs outside Uusimaa.

    What to photograph

    With good photos the craftsman can work out the price without a separate visit. Photos taken with a phone work well.

    • An overall view of the room from the doorway, showing the whole floor
    • A close-up of the most worn spot
    • Gaps, cracks or loose blocks, if there are any
    • The floor edge at a threshold or skirting board: it shows how thick the wear layer is

    Three steps from your request to agreed work.

    1. The craftsman looks at the photos

      Photos often show what work the floor needs and what it costs.

    2. You get a written quote

      The quote usually comes by text message or e-mail. Jüri asks for more details in Finnish or English if needed. The quote is free.

    3. Working days are agreed

      Once the quote suits you, the working days are agreed. Before starting, the craftsman checks the floor on site.
